I've tried everything, reset,update. But the only way my screen turns on is when I put it in the charger. What can I do . Can I send this watch to get it fixed please help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive when it's not charging? Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that your Ionic battery isn't charging as it should, therefore, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
