Disappointed in Fitbit

I am really disappointed in Fitbit.  My ionic stopped working while still under warranty. The best FItbit could offer under the warranty was a credit of $150 (on a $249 ionic) or to replace it with a crappy orange colored one.  I suspect that this is the color that did not sell.  Really, you couldn't replace it with the color that I chose when I bought the Ionic???  Nothing like 50% on your warranties.

I don't understand. You posted an hour later in this thread that you just got a replacement in the mail. What did you get? What did you have to start with? I don't even see an Orange Ionic in the store anymore. I have never heard of Fitbit refusing to replace a tracker under warranty with the same tracker when it is still in production.
