I was in love with my ionic. It seemed to have all the features I wanted. I purchased my first one last July when my charge 2 died. I'd had all sorts of issues charging it. I'd been sent a new charging cord from Fitbit and finally a new ionic. My new replacement ionic arrived sometime in January, I believe. Over the past month I've had a difficult time getting it to charge. I tried all sorts of ways with the charging cable and keep getting a message there isn't enough power supply to charge. I've now had my ionic plugged in for about 12 hrs and it still wasn't a full charge. I'm certainly not a happy Fitbit customer right now. I rely heavily on my Fitbit for exercise. I have cardiac issues and a pacemaker and it allows me to see/keep within my parameters.

I'm having the same issue. I got the same error message but my inoic died and now won't charge at all. Did you replace the charging cable in the past? I'm.curious if this is my issue or I will need to have mine replaced. So frustrating...

I had reached out to Fitbit and they sent me a new charging cable. I still received the message. Eventually it wouldn't charge and died. Fitbit sent me a replacement ionic, but I beginning to have the same issues with this one.
