Yesterday mine ionic got discharged completely. Since last night i am trying to charge it but there are no sign of it getting charged and it is not getting started.
It just 2 weeks back i have started using it.

Hi Silvia,
Day before yesterday i had tried the steps you had suggested in your support email. The situation is as it is. Fitbit ionic is dead and no reaction after trying for two hours.
Suggest another way please.
