Display corrupted

My Ionic seem to have some kind of a color distortion around the edges. See the link to pictures below. Does anyone know how to solve the issue? I tried different watch face then factory reset. None of those worked.

Thanks for your post and the pictures that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting are appreciated. Since you already tried our factory reset procedure and changing your device's clock face, please try our restart process following the next steps and let me know how it goes:

 

  1. For Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Versa, and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Dear Ricardo,

 

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried that and unfortunately doesn't solve the issue.

I am afraid it looks like it's hardware issue more than a software thing.

Thank you Ricardo for your kind support. I am already in touch with Fitbit CS.

Yesterday I had some troubles changing the settings of the clock face (like color and 24h format). It seem to be solved by itself over night.

 

So all is now up and running except the display.
