Display not turning on

Good morning my Fitbit Ionic has a blank screen, I can see the watch on my fitbit app, the heart rate senor is working but nothing on the screen.

I have tried a factory rest, the watch vibrates but no screen, any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, the details that were shared in your post are appreciated and the same for your effort troubleshooting your device before posting. Since you already tried our factory reset procedure to no avail, please follow the next steps to restart your Ionic and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
