Ionic band not latching

My Iconic band lasted a little over a year and it got pulled out of the watch . I got a new band and one side will not stay in, the watch case its self has stripped out. The other side goes in and stays, I even changed band pieces and the one side stays but the other side wont. Whatever the band hooks on is worn out. I had to put a drop of super glue on the band to keep it attached ?  Wish I could get a new case and put my internals in it.
