Watch wouldn’t unlock on display. Reset watch NG! Tried unlocking watch thru phone NG! Tried factory reset now watch say Data not cleared sync and try again. Kept trying and trying but NO GOOD!

Was this after the update? Mine has not worked since the update a few days ago. My morning alarm still vibrates, notifications/ phone calls make it vibrate, it's syncing, but the display will not come on. A reset shows the Fitbit symbol and that's it. The screen is on, but black.
