My ionic screen started acting up last week. A light line running vertically down left side. Then the display colour changed to red. Now the screen has stopped working. I have tried restarting and also changed the clock face but still not working. Any other ideas? Thanks

Sounds like a hardware failure, I would suggest contacting customer support in this case.
