Display randomly shakes and changes screens or shakes

Several times in the last week my Ionic display has started randomly changing screens when I'm not touching it.  Sometimes when using a screen the screen shakes side to side- and won't take touch commands.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi @stillwater-ion

It's not something I've experienced myself. Have you tried restarting the device by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?

Yes....mine has been doing something similar...the past few weeks. Randomly starts flashing the Run screen and others....  hitting a button stops it for a few minutes...then it starts over .

Thanks for the suggestion- I just did this and will keep an eye to see if it continues to happen.

I've tried the forced reboot, etc. but it still randomly does this- In looking back at my sleep data, beginning september 9th I no longer get detailed sleep data- only basic (every day).  I wonder if there was some kind of firmware update??  or is my Ionic slowly failing.  I'm going to contact support for a replacement before too much time passes and this gets any worse.

Is anyone else having these issues?  I don't see any recent software updates, so it could just be a failing fitbit??  Thoughts?
