Display went off and no response

Hi, I bought ionic for my father in mar 2018. Suddenly two days back it just got switched off. Display is not coming back on. Tried charging, force bootup restart using buttons together.

Nothing seems working. This is sad that I am not able to find any customer care support to get this issue resolved.

Please let me know how to get this issue resolved.

I have bought fitbit for my whole family and now wondering is it mistake i did....

The first step to a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

They can go through the options available to you.
