I've had my fit bit ionic for 5 months and now I can't read the screen at all. It still works as normal but the screen is only showing up every now and again could you please help I've managed to restart it but has made no difference

I would suggest contacting customer support. Hopefully if the device is faulty they should be able to tell you your options.
