This is beyond frustrating. Bluetooth on/off wifi on/off try to sync using wifi, try to sync using bluetooth. The watch (Ionic) cannot be seen, by either the phone or the laptop. Barley syncs the steps.
Oh, make sure your Ionic is nearby! How about sitting on top of the phone.

It's not your particular Fitbit because it's been doing this with my Alta for the last 2 weeks. I've had my alta for 2 years and whatever update they just did it messed everything up.
