Distance and pace are off

Just bought my Ionic 5 days ago. The distance and pace is off. Did a live chat and got so help but it still is reading the wrong distance and pace.

@Finisherthef Welcome to the Community. Thanks for mentioning that you have contacted our Support team. 

 

Your Fitbit Ionic will track your distance using your stride length which is determined by your height and sex. When you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects. 

 

Please let me know if you tracked the activity manually or if you tracked it using GPS?

Same problem here since the recent firmware update. If you zoom in on runs, it is a jagged line, which is why the pace and distance are off.
