HR monitor shows me basically in the hospital. About 50 bpms too high. It won’t sync with Strava, and it doesn’t show elevation gain on the app. You have to log into Fitbit on the web to see it. Wtf?  This thing is jacked.

@Hookturn  I have found the HR monitor to be extremely accurate.  Did you go into the Fitbit app and the Strava app and give permission for them to share the data with each other?

Fitbit Ionic, Flyer, Blaze, Aria, Flex (original still works!), Ultra (Original still works!)

Lol. It’s a known and widespread problem. And yeah. I’ve been on with tech support about 4 hours over the last three days.

Sorry it isn't working out for you, @Hookturn.  The HR monitor has been extremely accurate for me, and my doctor is very pleased with the results when we go through them.   I didn't know that syncing with Strava has been a "widespread problem", since I have seen very few reports of problems with the Strava app on the Ionic.   Have you looked at using the Altimeter app on the Ionic to measure altitude changes?  It works really nice, too!
