Before I do a HIIT workout, I select workout under exercises. I was wondering if anyone stops it right after they finish the HIIT/cool down or do you wait until your heart rate goes down in order to capture the calories burned after the HIIT?
Thanks 🙂
Best AnswerYou should stop it when your session finishes. The elevated HR will still be taken into account for your days calorie burn, just wont be associated with the HIIT session
