Anyone else frustrated with trying to figure out out how to get actual support for their device? You buy a fitbit, then the fitbit HR, then the Blaze, then the Ionic, and still no way support. Really? This is the way of the future, if it don't work wait until the next release and buy that.
Hey fitbit my ionic is now a **ahem** after 4 months ,who do I call? You're site is not helpful and the companies that sell you product and are even worse. Is this another take your money and run gig?

The link to support methods is in my signature. The methods vary depending on the time of day (email is not always there for example, nor is phone) but they come and go.

Support: Yes, quick answer within one day or two.
Solution: unfortunately no!
still no sleep stages
I have to do resets every day to get accurate heart rate ond correct steps.
Otherwise to much steps and sometimes to hight heart reate.
100-step-test is always Ok, but I'm lying on my bed and have a lot of steps!
No sleep stages after an update, support informed but they are not able to help. They also don't have really contact with the engineers or developer or programmer team.
That's what I learned from support!
