My daughter received a fitbit Ionic as a gift. She does not have a phone, but she has a laptop and I can download the fitbit app from the windows store. I initially added the device to my fitbit app, but then it combined our stats - not what I want. So, I set up an account for her so it is separate from mine, but now I i can't add her device because the fitbit app on her laptop will not recognize the device. Please help with a solution. I have to imagine this is a pretty common scenario, right? Thanks.

ImI'not exactly sure what is going on @jbaldwin1110, you have 2 options here.
Since the ionic was attached to your account. you need to remove it from your phones Bluetooth settings.
Now you shoukdsbe able to set it up with your daughter's laptop.
Second option would be to log into your daughter's account through your phone. Now attach the ionic to her account. using your phone .
Log out of the Fitbit app, remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth.
The tracker usinow setup and your daughter should be able to sync.
