For the whole day sync fails, no exercise, no sleep nothing . 

It s up to date and the Bluetooth works fine

I am having the same problems; and not only will my Fitbit Ionic not sync with my android (LG V30), it also will not sync with my computer.  This has been happening since The fourth of August; but today I have not be able find the Fitbit dashboard on my computer (which was also not syncing with the watch)  I think Fitbit needs to do some massive backtracking to things that worked.  Otherwise, I'll dump the watch and let all my friends and readers on Facebook know what a piece of junk it has become
