Draining battery, sport and sleep tracking doesn't work.

Hi, I have problem with my Ionic watch. They stopped counting my steps and monitor any of my activities ( sport, sleep, steps, heart rate). Optical sensor is still on even when I take them of my wrist. That drains battery and after one day it's from 100% to zero. Tryed restart, factory reset, update software ( now on 27.32.10.20). Nothing helped... Still same problems. Do you have any solution?

Thanks Tomas

Welcome on board @bonus88! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience with your Ionic, nice way to go!

If the battery is draining too quickly and you're having difficulties charging your tracker, I'd recommend taking a look at the following help articles:

Afterwards, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Ionic and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" for iOS and "Unpair" for Android.

Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device and you should be able to sync properly.

If the steps provided don't work, please follow @USAF-Larry's suggestion.
