i can't read the content of my emails on ionic it just says content hidden? fix please

I appreciate the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your Ionic's emails are showing as content hidden.

 

Please confirm that you have enabled show previews in your settings: 

  • Allow Notifications—On
  • Alerts > Notification Center—On
  • Show Previews—Always or When Unlocked

If you have but your email notifications are still not showing, please reset Bluetooth, restart your Fitbit Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can find the instructions here.
