I have just got the fitbit ionic & emails aren’t showing & txts are random. I didn’t have this problem with the charge HR & the previous one. What’s going on ? Help !!

Restart the Ionic by connecting it to a charger and plugging it in and holding then

Left and bottom right buttons

If you go to the notifications settings on the app, make sure you have checked the boxes of the corresponding apps you want notifications from.

@Chris4Make sure you have ticked the email box in the App notifications because the third part email is in there.. I use Outlook and that's coming through.
