Error 403: ionic

My ionic was working fine for last one month...stopped syncing with my iphone  6s since last sunday...i removed ionic from the app and tried setting up it again...when i put the 4 digit code it shows error 403.

my iphone software is uptodate, i tried restarting my iphone, ionic, even resintalled my fitbit app but still the same.

No other device is connected to my bluetooth

on my ionic watch...i see ip address: wifi off...

Sorry to hear that. Based on the 403 error code you received, I think you'll want to contact Fitbit Support, so they can assist you.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Hi just got my ionic today and got this com.fitbit.HTTP error 403 I read somewhere thi error was fixed by an update app so I reinstalled the app, but no luck still got the error. Any ideas how to fix?
