Can’t control volume from iconic Fitbit to Powerbeats earphones.

Since Powerbeats and Airpods are almost the same, and I struggle with Airpods:

Me: ... nope, they seem to be stuck at less than max volume.I tried to max them out on the iPhone to see if they have "memory". But they seem to cap at a much lower volume than e.g. the iPhone max volume
Support: Thanks for confirming. After investigating with my support team, we found that our engineers are already aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. The issue as you asked mentioned before will be resolved with the next update.

I just want to confirm if you tried the current workaround that has helped other users:
If you did, you can try once again to see if that will work for the moment.
Also, do you happen to have any other Bluetooth headphones you can try to pair?

Has this issue been addressed yet by any updates? I'm still unable to turn the volume up past a very low level with the Ionic.
