Error managing a new wifi network

Did the upgrade to windows 10, got the fitbit app, now im trying to add music to my Ionic.

I am currently on a different wifi network than my ionic is set up on, and when i go to the app to setup wifi, or manage my network, all i get is an error "bluetooth is off' and all i can do is select 'ok'

I have the dongle in my laptop, and troubleshot the bluetooth and all it says is the laptop has no bluetooth, which is the point of the dongle, yes?

No idea how to add the wifi for my fitbit if i cant even get to the screen to show the network im on.

any ideas?  I wont be back to the wifi my ionic is synced to until the new year.

It sounds like your win 10 is unable to initialize the computers Bluetooth. 

I would shutdown the laptop, remove the dongle, start up the laptop, once started insert dongle. 

Now if your laptop has built in Bluetooth I would use that. 

If you have a phone, you could use that to set up the WiFi on the Ionic.
