Trying to set up wallet in a new Ionic and get this error message in a pop up window, "Please set up your sign-in options (Windows Hello or PIN)". Pressing "OK" (the only option) simply takes me back to the previous window and I cannot proceed to wallet. I have already set up a pin in Device Lock, which is enabled. I did the initial set up of the Ionic only a few hours ago and have tried to resolve this (access wallet) by restarting the Fitbit app, the computer, and the Ionic.So far, no luck. Thanks for any replies.

Thanks for this information and for the steps that you've tried to solve this, if you are still receiving an error when trying to set up your Wallet feature on your Ionic, please provide me with a screenshot of the error by following the steps in this post.
