Exercise app Crashing

Every time I tap the exercise app on my Ionic the screen goes blank like it's loading and then it will go straight back to my apps screen. I've tried rebooting my fitbit and it the exercise options still wouldn't load when I tapped it. I also checked my app and it says there are 7 exercises selected that should be popping up. Is there a fix so I can track my workouts on here?

 

Edit: Factory reset has resolved this.

@Tim26O Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was just about to recommend a factory reset! I'm glad you were able to find this solution in the forums. It is awesome! I'm sure this will help other users as well.
