Exersice app not working on ionic

All other apps are working on my ionic except the exercise app.  When I tap on the little running man icon in the menu , that little man shows up in the middle of my screen then it just goes back to the previous menu screen.  I have done several hard resents as well as shut downs, I even let the battery run out and still it does not work. That is the most important feature to me on this ionic since I am a long distance runner. I had to go back to using my Garmin ☹️

Welcome to the Community @LittleDevil6569. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that your exercise app isn't working on your Ionic. Since, you've tried restarting it and shutting down but the exercise app is still not working, I'll create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
