Experiencing 1006 error

I have been trying to get a 1006 error fixed for 6-weeks and the problem has been escalated 6 times, is anyone else feeling very unwanted as a FitBit Customer or is it just me?

Thanks Moderator, I have been replying to emails and also via the chat and also actually rang them. Over 6-weeks they have escalated my complaint over 6 times now and asked me to wait for the emails. But that has been as useful as waiting for Santa to come down the chimney. I appreciate your enthusiasm and optimism, sadly the reality is that nothing happens.

@CBAustralia Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the time you took to reply back.

Since you case has been escalated to another support level, we will need to wait for them to evaluate the issue you're experiencing and wait for their reply.

Your patience and understanding while this is being evaluated is appreciated.

The worst thing is the way this problem has been handled by the company. From my guess this is caused by a problem with Fitbit integrating with the latest Apple IOS 13 Software. But that has not been communicated to your customers. Instead we read about Fitbit selling our to Google for $3Billion while it forgets about its customers. I suggest it will lose a lot of Customers over this because of the lack of honesty in its communications

@CBAustralia Thanks for getting back. If you're having issues with iOS 13, please check the main thread here, it's constantly monitored and updated.

For more information about the Google and Fitbit news, see our press release: https://investor.fitbit.com/press/press-releases/press-release-details/2019/Fitbit-to-Be-Acquired-by...
