Ionic, won’t hold a charge

My Fitbit ionic won’t hold a charge as of last week. It went from going 5 days to not holding a charge for more than 5 hours. I’ve only had it for about a year. Seems very weird to go from 5 days to 5 hours. Anyone have any solutions?

Hi @Melissapenner09, it does seem weird that the battery is only lasting 5 hours.  Have you contacted Support and asked for a Battery Test?

My Fitbit has done the same, "Black Screen": No green lights! Warranty for first 12 months. After you will have to change your own battery or have someone do the change out.

@BigATN Thanks for the information. My watch is 2 years old. Not sure if I want to go through the steps... lol.
