Black screen after update

Can anyone recommend a watch similar to ionic, but a different brand? Fed up with all the errors so no more fit bit for me. Got an update through the app, but the screen went black and resetting doesnt work. Anyone experienced the same?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with your Ionic, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi @RicardoFitbit , I am having this issue. Today my Ionic screen is completely black. The unit is still measuring heart rate, steps and charged ok... I can see that in the app. I just can't see anything on the watch

@RicardoFitbit  Notifications when I receive a call or text message are working also. I can feel the vibrations

@RicardoFitbit  Thank you, the screen is working again, after a day of it flickering, it started working just fine. I have moved on the the battery drain issue I tagged you in... lol, sorry

Well, now the black screen issue is back, along with the draining battery. I don't have any hope for a resolution from Fitbit... Good luck to you.
