I bought TWO FITBIT IONIC one year ago.

 

Suddenly five weeks ago mine stopped working. I did every single thing the HELP forums said I should do. I live in Costa Rica and I have been looking for a authorized center that can look my watch, with no luck.

 

It was never dropped, hit it, mistreated it anyhow.

 

And now, this week, out of the blue, the second watch also stopped working.  I have been looking again for help to have some authorized local dealer to look into it, with no luck.

 

Can someone please let me know where can I take the watch in Miami, FL, as I am travelling and I would like to take advantge to have it fixed, once and for all.

Hi @Migpanviq   there really is no repair center. Get with customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends. Let us know what happens.
