FItbit Ionic clock face not registering the workout

I have had my ionic for about 1 month.  Today, it failed to register the workouts on the clock face.  I can see the workouts in the log (by swiping down), but the clock face shows ----.  Any idea how to fix this?  I reconnected my ionic to my iphone and changed clock faces already, it didnt work

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @helloppl! Thanks for already trying to change your clock face to see if that made a difference, nice way to go!

 

May I have the name of the clock face you're using? Have you been able to see your workouts since the first day you tried out the clock face you have now set?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your tracker by following these steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

I worked out for 75 minutes yesterday. Inly registered on the clockface around 43 minutes.  Worked out this morning for 25 minutes. Doesnt register again on the clockface. But it is in the log
