Notifications not working

Notifications are not working on the ionic with iPhone 6s. Everything is on the latest updates. I have attempted every fix I have read in the forums including factory reset of the ionic. The fix are only temporary and it quit stops working. I restarted my blaze today and notifications are working fine on it. The ionic worked in the beginning but starting about two updates it quit working. Any other ideas or do I need to wait for fitbit to fix the firmware/software?

Been there, done that.  Tried everything thing possible. It fixes it temporarily. Doesn’t last. Notifications quit quickly after doing the “fixes”.  Notifications worked when I first had it. It was two updates ago when the notifications stopped working. I am getting frustrated with the ionic no longer working due to fitbit’s updates. I am considering switching to the Apple Watch. The only thing stopping me is the battery life.

Any updates on this?  I too have an iPhone 6...my notifications also stopped working after the 2nd update.  Since then I've done the factory reset and everything else (checked all the settings, etc.) and the notifications will work every once in awhile.
