Hi,
After the Ionic OS2.1 update, which came to my watch on May 11, I have been receiving delayed notification for calls, messages etc. The delay is close to 20 seconds. Notifications worked fine before this update.
I have tried removing the ionic from the Fitbit app and then re-adding it, restarting my phone, restarting Ionic but nothing helped.
I was hoping the Fitbit OS2.1.1 update that came last week would fix it but it did not.
I have DMed Fitbit Support on twitter for the issue and the response I get is that they are aware of this issue and are working on it to resolve it as soon as possible but its been more than a month,
Can this be expedited ?
I have an iPhone and currently using version 2.52 of the app.
Thanks,
Abhishek

My ionic runs the current software and has no issues. However, I have experienced problems like this in the past. You can either wait for another update to fix the problem or factory reset the Ionic. Clearly, neither is ideal, but there isn't much else you can do.

Thanks for the suggestions.
What phone do you have, iPhone or Android ? Also, I update from OS 2.1 to OS2.1.1 and the problem still exists.

I having the same issue... I contacted support as soon as the problem started, and after following all their recommended troubleshooting and not solving the issue, they recognized it is a problem that they are working on... the only workaround I found is to clean all notifications from time to time, when notifications are clean, I do not get the delay... the other problem I have is when I answer a call on my phone, the notification in my watch never stops... btw, I have an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11.4...
