If I factory reset my Fitbit Ionic, will all my previous data from the app be removed?

No, once data has been synced it is all stored on the fitbit servers. The only data that will be lost is anything tracked since the last sync.

 

You will also have to set up the fitbit again e.g. fitbit pay and other apps.

 

Factory reset is usually a last resort for fixing issues, are you sure you need to?

I'm afraid so. My Fitbit is not showing up on any device. I have been on the help chat and tried lots of options already.
