Factory Rest Ionic on current software doesnt seem to work

Is there another option to truly factory reset the Ionic other than the Settings/About and the holding all buttons then releasing the bottom right button? All these never really get my watch back to its factory state (previous watch face stays, uninstalled apps don't get restored, Pandora credentials remain on the device). Im worried this is why I cant get my Ionic to sync and update app settings correctly.

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

That's what I'm doing and its not resetting the device to the state it was in when I got it.
