Ionic notification issues since IOS 12 update

Hi

I have the Ionic and running version 32.12.19, I updated by IOS on iPhone 8 to version 12.1 (16B92) and since that time I have not been able to receive any notifications, I have tried everything that's been suggested and still not working, can you please let me know what else I can do here, its a real problem and I assume I am not alone, the update was some time ago and find it odd there is still no posted proven fix.
