HELP!! PLEASE!!

I had to factory reset because my Ionic would not synch to Pandora or vibrate for incoming calls/messages.  Now, I just get the message "Data not cleared, Synch and try again".  I can't synch because I can't get off of that screen.  What is going on?  Could someone please help me?  I really am trying to like this watch but after this, I think it's going back.  I've only had it 4 days. UGHHHH

I am having the same exact problem - no matter what I try, I get the "Data not cleared, Sync and try again" - extremely frustrating!  Nothing I've found on the other forums has worked.
