So today my ionic app decided that the Bluetooth on my phone was off (it wasn’t)and refused to sync. I tried turning the Bluetooth on and off repeatedly, forced closed the app several times, deleted and reloaded the app, turned mynionic on and off and rebooted my phone. None of the above worked, so I tried to factory reset my ionic, only to receive and error message saying, “data not cleared. Please sync and try again”. Ionic is now stuck on this screen, and even it weren’t I can’t sync! Any solution or is this now junk?

It's nice to see you around the forums @Bramblepie! Well, this usually happens when you performed a factory reset without before unpairing the device. Usually you should unpair your Ionic, forget Bluetooth (both Ionic and Ionic (Classic)) and perform the factory reset. To solve this issue follow these steps (some of them you already tried, but let's cover everything):
If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements below:
After making sure about that, try setting up your Ionic again.
As you've might seen in the pink banner appearing in the Community Forums, we're aware of a Wi-Fi issue affecting Fitbit watches and scales. Setup, firmware updates, sync, and smartwatch app/music transfer may be affected. Our team is already working on a fix for this.
I'll be around, keep me posted!

Hi I started updating my fitbit ionic to the latest version and then my screen blacked out. I thought it ran out of battery as i was updating when i was out, on mobile data. I got home and left it to charge for the entire night. I double checked to see if the charger was clean. I woke up to this black screen, still. There is no light on at the back, either. I attempted to factory reset the device, multiple times - with no success. I really have no idea what to do. I think it is probably a software issue. Is there anything to be done?
