Does anyone know how to reset the ionic back to factory settings? I’m sending my £300 Watch back. For something that cost a lot money it doesn’t count my steps while pushing a pushchair (Apple Watch does) not all of us mums can stay fit childless. Not impressed and the gps didn’t even work this morning while out on a walk. Very annoying

I had been through all the steps in that article prior to reaching out to
you. That was my second Iconic in 3 months. I've shelved it now, and gone
back to my Alta HR. I've still got the basics, just not as much fun.

@wgb140 Thanks for your reply and for trying all of the steps provided. I'm glad you had an Alta HR so you can continue to perform your daily activities.

Uh... just to let you know... if I go to the Settings page on the Ionic, there is NO "ABOUT" listed!!

 

 

FREQUENT Sync issues needing to reset both the watch AND my phone... can NOT remove to Fitbit pay and the PIN screen from the watch that is annoying as hell!

 

Having a LOT of trouble STAYING connected during the updates.  Having to switch to Bluetooth is finally working, but this has been a complete exercise in futility up to this point.  I have to say I'm very reluctant to recommend the Ionic.  My Wife's Charge2 (Which she bought just TWO DAYS before the Charge 3 was announced and available! 😞  grrr....) has been a breeze to set up and use.  My Ionic I have had since December 2017 has been a nightmare!  Wonderful when i works, but hell when it doesn't!
