Feedback about Ionic - My experience

Beyond unhappy that my $250 Ionic barely made it 15 months, and I won't be forking out that kind of dough every 15 months. 

All Fitbit offers you is 25% off a new one?  No thanks.

Tried all the trouble shooting tips.  Touchscreen not responsive.  Screens get stuck/stay on.  Now, no longer tracking sleep or steps, and, yes it's synced after turning Bluetooth off and on Yet again!

I am in the same boat as you. I bought my Ionic July 2018. In the past month, the touch screen does not work most of the time. I have restarted it several times a day. For a while, each time I did that, the touch screen worked off and on. I was able to do a factory reset and thought that would help considering that is what is recommended. I did that and while the touch screen worked for maybe 2 days on and off, it now is hardly working and resets itself daily! Like 10 time each day! My husband has had his Garmin for 6 years with no issues. NONE!
