There are so many messages on here related to the Ionic and how poor they are. Not fit for purpose. You'll get a year or two out of it tops.

I too have had significant issues with my Icon, along with my Charge, my Charge2 and now my wife's Charge4. The Charge series the issue has always been the band breaking, however the Icon is battery issues too. Mine completely stop working the other day, no power is getting to the battery to even do a reset. No options to repair and its out of warranty so nothing but a 35% off another purchase. In 4 years I'm $600 deep into fitbit and have 4 broken watches. I do like the product but longevity must improve. I have a 20 year old Timex that still works and it only cost $25, I would expect at least 5 to 10 years out of $300 watch.
