I’ve had my Ionic less than 2 years and it messed up 3 days ago. It won’t track my steps, update, track sleep, or exercise. However the display works, I can receive calls, and most notifications other than my text messages (which stopped with the IOS update). Customer service was not much help. We restored it back to factory settings, restart, and battery test. This is my 3rd Fitbit device! I expected Fitbit to offer a better solution other than 25% off my next purchase. They don’t stand behind their products at all. After 3 days of no solution, I just purchased my first Apple Watch. Yes it’s more expensive but Fitbit left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Actually I had been a Fitbit customer for more than 2 years. This was my 3rd Fitbit device and I have upgraded every time. I have the Ionic and there’s nothing else to upgrade too. I see from the many post that I’m not the only one with these issues and with no solution from customer service.
