Feedback for Ionic

I have an Ionic. It’s my third Fitbit device. Got it 14 months ago. Swam with it this past Friday. It stopped working.  Fitbit refuses to do anything but give me 25% off the purchase of a new one. Because it’s over 12 months.  So spend $300, use it for 14 months. Now spend another $300. But they will give me 25% off! Holy moly. Supported them for years. No longer. This Ionic was my last Fitbit. Very dissatisfied.

$300 watch, using it exactly as it is intended, should last more than 14 months. It wasn’t abused or broken. Was used exactly as it should have been. It was my third Fitbit. I upgraded to the newest best one each time it came out. I will not be purchasing anymore since you won’t stand behind your product.
