Feedback for future software updates

Two things
First I have a Fitbit Ionic and did the update please have another update that gives us the option of turning off the short cut feature cause as I use my Fitbit watch it keeps vibrating all the time it slightly touches the side that has the two buttons it goes vibrating so it becomes annoying!
Second also have the app update include that it should automatically recognize which Fitbit product I’m wearing and switch to it and continue to keep track of my total steps without the need to install the one I’m using at any given moment .Currently I own two the Fitbit Versa and now the Iconic. Please fix both issues cause it will stop people from owning more than one of your products if it’s a pain to track your fitness progress if you have to keep installing it every time you want to use the other watch . Thank you

Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our watches and services offered. Regarding your idea about turning off the button shortcut, the best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
