Finding my Ionic

Hi all,

I have a Sony Xperia XZ Premium and whenever I try to connect my Ionic to it, it does not find it. Whenever it finds it, after a lot of attempts, it synchronized only once and after that keep giving the message "tracker could not be found". Syncing with my PC is no problem at all. What's going wrong here?

Hi @SunsetRunner - I'm not finding that particular model phone on the supported device list - see below:

Hi Ozzie65, yes have gone through the entire troubleshooting, but nothing
works. Indeed, you are right, the device is not in the supported list. I
have decided to skip the fitbit on my cellular and installed it on my
laptop, where it works flawlesly. Kindest regards, kuzbri
