Firm date on when the app store will be open

Hello all,

Any word on when the app gallery will be open I see a lot of activity in the dev section but no launch dates. Are they waiting on the firmware update?

If you are asking for dates or ETA's like it or not it just ain't gonna happen. It's ready when it's ready and (hopefully) tested.

Firm date? No, however Fitbit CEO said this on Wed Nov 1 (google "Fitbit q3 2017 earnings call transcript" if you want to read it for yourself):

""Before the holiday selling season, we’re going to have a full-blown launch of the Fitbit app gallery"

In the US, Thanksgiving or Black Friday has been the beginning of the holiday selling season (although its getting earlier). Going by that logic, we should see the full-blown launch of the app gallery by November 23.
