I forgot to put my PIN in my Iconic when I put it on. My niece was playing with my watch then I noticed it said " unlock with phone". I have tried everything but still can't unlock it.

I have tried that. It just keeps coming up with an error.

Not sure what “tried everything” encompasses but to try and gain some more information, have you set up FitPay yet? If not, the pin lock is an optional setting that can be turned off in the phone app.

I have fitbit pay and have tried to change the pin

In the Fitbit app go to Ionic icon and scroll to the bottom where it says device lock and tap it. It will say some stuff about a factory reset, do this and you should be fine.
I had the joy of doing it last week.
