Best AnswerNot sure what “tried everything” encompasses but to try and gain some more information, have you set up FitPay yet? If not, the pin lock is an optional setting that can be turned off in the phone app.
Best AnswerIn the Fitbit app go to Ionic icon and scroll to the bottom where it says device lock and tap it. It will say some stuff about a factory reset, do this and you should be fine.
